William Dean Crosby, 84, of Texhoma, Oklahoma passed away early Sunday, June 14, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

The son of Will McIntosh and Minnie Mildred (Bishop) Crosby, he was born December 31, 1935 in Hugo, Colorado. Dean graduated from East High School in Denver, Colorado with the Class of 1954. He then attended college at Colorado A&M in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Dean and Winifred Loraine Watts were united in marriage on June 6, 1958 in Boulder, Colorado. The family moved to Texhoma in August 1962 from Colorado. Dean worked for 14 years for Hugh Ford before going out on his own, running stocker cattle. He was a member of the Texhoma United Methodist Church and a proud Gold Card member of the PRCA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Millie Crosby and one sister, Joyce Toxvard.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Winnie Crosby of the home; his four daughters: Dawn and husband, Kevin Stephens of Hartley, Texas, Buff Crosby of Huntsville, Alabama, Sage and husband, Chris Peek of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Sunday and husband, Mark Morris of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren: Kelsey and Ryan Groen, Caitlin and Eric Lewis and Taylor Morris; three great granddaughters; and one sister, Norma Mack of Sun City, Arizona.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning, June 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Texhoma United Methodist Church with Rev. David Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow at the Texhoma Cemetery, Texhoma, Texas. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
