Virginia Rose Miller went to be with her Savior on May 31, 2018 in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 88. She was born on September 18, 1929 to Stewart and Grace Fansher at Griggs, Oklahoma.
She married the love of her life, Dannie Lee Miller, Sr. on her birthday 65 years ago.
Virginia's family was the most important thing in her life and she kept track of everyone the old fashioned way of telephone calls, and letters, and of course by visiting. Virginia and Dannie made their home in Guymon and Keyes, Oklahoma most all of their life, until 2014 when they moved to Webb City, MO to be near family and spoil the great-great grandchildren.
Virginia was preceded in death by her two sons: Raymond Dale (Buddy) and Dannie Lee, Jr.; granddaughter, Amy and great grandson, Trevor; her mother and father and brother, Clifford Fansher.
She is survived by her husband, Dannie Miller; two daughters: Carol Ray and Twylo DiMeo (Albert); five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren: Maverick and Emery; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning, June 5th at 10:-00 a.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Chapel with Rev. Mark Thompson pastor of the Keyes First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Keyes First Baptist Church where they were longtime members. Memorials will be accepted at the church or at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, PO Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
