Obituary

Treyton Kye Mussman, 27, lifelong area resident, passed away Friday morning, February 14, 2025 from injuries sustained from a two vehicle accident.

The son of James L. Mussman and Carolyn Renea Hamilton, he was born December 10, 1997 in Guymon.  Trey attended school in Goodwell graduating with the Class of 2016, he then attended OPSU in Goodwell graduating with a bachelor of science degree in 2021.

Trey and Sierra Mae Fearno were married on April 20, 2024 in Guymon.  Trey was a loan officer with Anchor D Bank.  He really enjoyed his short time spent learning about the banking world and getting to know his coworkers, who he talked highly of.  He was active with FFA, enjoyed golfing, when he shot well of course,  Oklahoma Sooner football, and anything Waylon Jennings, George Jones & Merle Haggard sang.  Treyton was deeply loved by all those that knew him.  He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, and he will be so incredibly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Mussman and grandmother Virginia Mussman.  Survivors include his wife, Sierra Mussman of the home, his mother, Renea Starbuck and husband, Randy of Nashville, TN, grandfather, Leonard Mussman of Guymon, sister, Jacee Gale and husband, Kyle of Goodwell, brother, Lane Mussman and wife, Nicole of Tyrone, and nieces and nephew, Koda, Grace and Shayde.

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday afternoon, February 20th at 2:00 p.m. at Pickle Creek Event Center, 822 NE 6th St. in Guymon.
