Travis Desalvo, 57 of Guymon passed away unexpectedly on August 15, 2025 at Memorial Hospital of Texas County.
The son of Rose Ditch and Frank Desalvo, he was born July 30, 1968 in Houston Texas. Travis graduated High school and quickly joined the military at age 18. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating unwavering dedication and bravery. His service included participating in Operation Desert Shield, contributing to the liberation of Kuwait and the Gulf War. During his military service, he was recognized with multiple honors, including the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (3 awards), National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal (2 awards), the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Rifle Expert Badge (2nd award), and a Letter of Appreciation for his dedication and excellence. Following his honorable service, Travis carried forward the same strength and devotion into his civilian life, where he began his business as a barber and owner of Fine line Barbershop.
He is proceeded in death by his twin brother Troy Desalvo and father Frank Desalvo.
He is survived by his loving wife Leann Castillo of the home and step son Joshua. His daughter Holley Desalvo and son Seth Desalvo of Austin Texas, Chyna and Rashad Swope from Oklahoma City, Ruvi and Peter Corral from Camren Louisiana. His in laws Dennis, Brenda Calsing and Amelia Barraza of Guymon.
Travis was a God fearing man, who dedicated his time reading the word and sharing the gospel to all those who he encountered. His love for God was something he shared with his family, friends and clients.
He will be missed by many.
Family visitation will be Thursday evening, August 21st at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.
Memorial services will be Friday afternoon, August 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Kason Oakes, Guymon Church of the Nazarene officiating. Inurnment with US Military Honors will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery.
