Tracy Lynn Baker was born May 22, 1967 in Guymon, Oklahoma to Garry and Linda (Hohweiler) Baker.  He passed this life to be with his Lord, October 3, 2024 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  He was born while his father was in the United States Army, and was being transferred to Washington DC at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.  He spent his first year of life with his parents in Washington DC.  His parents, Garry and Linda moved back to Guymon when his father was honorably discharged from the Army.

Later he lived in El Centro, California, when his family moved, and started kindergarten but moved back and spent his school years at Guymon Public Schools, graduating with the Class of 1985.  He joined the Army Reserves in 1985 and then in 1987 joined the United States Army, spending time in the United States and two years in Germany.

Tracy was always a great marksman and during his military service at Ft. Lewis, Washington, he was deployed on a mission as a sniper with an Army Ranger unit.  The mission was to last three days, but ended up lasting six weeks.  He always talked of having no rations so they ate boa constrictors and monkey.  He was honorably discharged in 1991.

Tracy married Susie DeLeon, and to this union four children were born - Kylee Baker, Thomas Baker, Kenya Baker and Kyera Baker.  He also has two grandchildren, Paisley and Rhyder Baker.  Tracy also leaves behind his parents, Garry and Linda Baker, brother Travis Baker (Shannon); sisters Tara Baker O'Hare (Sean) and Tenae Baker Dick (Derek) and nieces and nephews Tate, Tegan, Ty, Ashley and Allie Baker, Greyson and Finnley O'Hare and Travis, Addison and Cambree Dick.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Tom and Dessie Baker and Clarence and Fern Hohweiler.
