Tommy Lynn Hunter, 69, lifelong Guymon resident, passed away Wednesday morning, March 6, 2024 at Baptist St. Anthony Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

The son of Loyd Hill and Naomi Ruth (Soliday) Hunter, he was born July 11, 1954 in Elkhart, Kansas.

Tommy attended school in Guymon, graduating with the Class of 1973.  Tommy worked for Adams Hardfacing from 1973 to 2021, serving as plant manager for several years.

He was united in marriage to Londe Reed on April 12, 1974 in Clayton, New Mexico.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Londe of the home; one daughter, Tonde Christian and husband, Tyler of Guymon; four grandchildren: Lorie Towsley and fiance Andrew Malphrus, Jacob Towsley, Jaxon Towsley and Justin Towsley.  Survivors also include four siblings: Wilbur Hunter of Clearfield, Utah, Reita Mitchell and husband, Ronnie of Antlers, Oklahoma, Leita Andvik and partner, Bill Fields of Guymon and Rebecca McNabb and husband, Grant of Waxahachie, Texas, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The Hunter family will have a private celebration of life.
