Tammi (Wells) Blehm, 55, lifelong Guymon resident passed away Monday afternoon, May 3, 2021 at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City.

The daughter of Ronald H. and Ruby L. (Steinkuehler) Wells, Tammi Rayette was born June 5, 1965 in Guymon.  Tammi attended the Guymon school system.  She had worked in the customer service industry, and more recently as a bus driver for the Ride / City of Guymon where she enjoyed working with others.  She had attended the Church of the Nazarene and Living Word Fellowship.

Tammi and Jeff Blehm were together for many years and were united in marriage on April 3, 1999.  He preceded her in death on November 23, 2002.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three infant children: Amber, Timothy and James Utley; her mother, Ruby Blaz; and two brothers, Steven and Charles Wells.

Survivors include her daughter, Destini Utley and two grandchildren, Domonique and Alivia Utley, all of the home in Guymon; her father, Ronald Wells of Guymon; step-mother, Connie Daniel of Goodwell; and step-brother, Matthew Daniel and family of Goodwell.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon, May 7 ^th at 2:00 p.m. at the Elmhurst Cemetery with Rev. David Player, pastor of the Victory Memorial United Methodist Church officiating.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
