Stanley Glenn Martin, 67, of Goodwell, Oklahoma formerly of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday afternoon, November, 30, 2021 at the Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The son of Jerry and Gwen (Stevens) Martin, he was born November 7, 1954 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  Stan graduated from Goodwell High School with the Class of 1973.  He attended OPSU and Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, graduating with a bachelor of science degree.

Stan worked as a lab technician for several years.  He was an active member of the Democratic Party, enjoyed bird watching, golfing, fishing and was an avid OSU fan.

He is survived by his parents, Dr. Jerry J. and Gwen Martin of Goodwell; one sister, Cindy Cogburn and husband, Mark of Moncure, North Carolina; two brothers: Brad Martin and wife, Vicki of Marietta, Oklahoma and Ronnie Martin and wife, Penny of Hooker, Oklahoma.  Survivors also include five nieces and several great nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements were handled by the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.  Memorials in memory of Stan may be given to the National Wildlife Foundation.  Memorials will be accepted at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Oklahoma 73942.
