Richard Ray Bledsoe, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday October 18, 2023 in Yuma, Arizona.

The son of Darrel Ray and Norma Faye (Fouch) Bledsoe, Rick was born November 6, 1954 in Guymon. He
attended Guymon High School graduating with the class of 1973. Rick graduated from OPSU in 1993
with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting.

Rick was married to Terena Copley and to this union they were blessed with two children, Kirk and
Amber Bledsoe. In 1993 Rick married Martha Scott adding her children, Andy Scott and Brandy Tharp, to
his family. He was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Rick was a skilled welder and worked alongside his dad, Darrel throughout the years. He recently retired
from his full-time welding career at Hitch Feeders 1. Rick also worked as a butcher at United
Supermarkets for many years.

After retiring Rick took on a full-time job as PaPa to his grandkids, cheering them on as they participated
in numerous sports and activities. He also enjoyed keeping busy with welding projects and going on
motorcycle rides. Rick was an active member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Darrel and Norma Bledsoe, brother, Gary Bledsoe, and
parents-in-law John and Slokey Tuttle.

Survivors include his wife, Martha, of the home. Children: Kirk Bledsoe and wife Sarah of Little Rock,
Arkansas, Amber Bledsoe of Logan, West Virginia, Andy Scott and wife Brandy of Guymon, Brandy Tharp
and husband Mitch of Guymon. Grandchildren: Killian Bledsoe, Jonathan Weidling, Mychaila Greenlee, Kaitlyn, Kyle,
Sheabree, Tenae, Rachelle and Catum Scott, Cheyenne Huber, Parker, Lakyn and Bean Tharp, Great-
grandchildren: Brayden Neece, Xavion Greenlee and Mason Shelton. He is also survived by his Aunt
LoRee and several cousins.

Prayer services will be held Monday October 23, 2023 at 7pm at the Bunch-Roberts Funeral Chapel, 112 NE 7 th
Street, Guymon. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday morning October 24th at 10am at St. Peter the Apostle
Catholic Church, 1220 N. Quinn, Guymon, with Father Joseph Schwarz, officiating. Burial will follow at
Elmhurst Cemetery under the care of Bunch Roberts Funeral Home. Family will greet friends after the
Rosary on Monday evening Oct 23 rd .
