Rhoda L. Fowler, 99, of Guymon passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the Beaver Co. Nursing Home in Beaver, Oklahoma.

The daughter of Alvin and Mildred Pettijohn, she was born on July 23, 1926 in Norton, Kansas.  She was raised and attended school in Jewell, Kansas.

Rhoda was united in marriage to Frank Thomas "Bud" Fowler on August 14, 1944.  To this union was a family of six children, three boys and three girls.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; step-father, Roy Sneller; one half-brother, R.J. Sneller; one son, Gerald "Jerry" Fowler; one daughter Sharon Stacy; and one grandson, Larry Brown.

Survivors include two daughters: Joyce Archer of Norton, Kansas and Eloise "Wink" Sites and husband, Rod of Guymon, Oklahoma; two sons: Stephen Fowler and wife, Cindy of Sterling, Colorado and Edward Fowler of Norton, Kansas; one brother, Paul Pettijohn; one half-sister, Louise Jose of Montrose, Colorado; 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, four nieces and three nephews.
