Leslie Paulette Long Boothby of Glendale, Arizona passed away at home peacefully on March 1, 2026.

She was born in Guymon, Oklahoma to Lester & Gladys Long and raised in Texhoma, Oklahoma.  She graduated from Texhoma High School in 1968 and continued her education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University graduating with honors as a Pharmacist in 1988.

Paulette married Rollin Boothby in 1972 and had two sons, Joshua and Timothy.  She was a devoted Preacher's wife and pharmacist showing kindness and love to all that knew her.  She was a gifted musician and vocalist. She loved spending time at her family's cabin in Eagle Nest, New Mexico. You couldn't keep her away from a good garage sale. Her biggest joy was her family and serving the Lord.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Rollin, son Joshua and wife Noelle, son Timothy and fiancé Marissa, and grandchildren, Brittney, Brandi, Bryson, Leighton, Mason, Braedon, Lilah, Asher, Haley and her sister Lana Alexander as well as a host of extended family and friends that she was very close to.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Baylor Long, brother in law Randy Alexander, and granddaughter Brielle.  She will be greatly missed and remembered for her sweet hearted nature and generosity towards others.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, Arizona.  Funeral services will be Sunday, March 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Texhoma, OK First Christian Church with burial following at the Texhoma Cemetery.
