Paul Moore, 61, lifelong area resident passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at his home in Guymon.

The son of Jerry Eugene and Mattie Janell (King) Moore, Paul Samuel Moore was born January 24, 1960 in Amarillo, Texas.  Paul was raised in Texhoma where he attended the Texhoma school system, graduating with the THS Class of 1978.  He then attended Panhandle State University at Goodwell.

Paul began working for West Texas Gas in the early 1980's and was currently a cathotic protection supervisor.  He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing and always wanted to be on the lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Janell Moore and one nephew, Christopher Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Moore of the home; six children: Joshua Moore and wife, Sarah of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Kimberly Moore of Russellville, Arkansas, Justin Moore and wife, Amanda of Edmond, Oklahoma, Brian Moore and wife, Loren of Oklahoma City, Emilio Romero of Guymon and Olivia Ojeda of Guymon; thirteen grandchildren; four brothers:  Dennis Moore and wife, Patti of Guymon, David Moore of Texhoma, Texas, Steve Moore and wife, Tammy of Lake Texoma and Jimmie Moore and wife, Diana of Texhoma, Oklahoma; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a time of viewing and visitation with the family on Friday evening, April 9 ^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning, April 10 ^th at 10:00 a.m. at the Texhoma First Christian Church with his cousin, Pastor Jean King officiating.
