Ofelia Guzman, 80, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at her home in Guymon, surrounded by her loving family.

The daughter of Eugenio Mejia and Mercedez Guzman Rodriguez, she was born December 22, 1940 in Santa Rosa de Lima, El Salvador. Ofelia has been a resident of Guymon for the past 19 years. She was a merchant, engaged in the food industry.

She was married to Francisco Nery, he preceded her in death in February of 2003.

Ofelia is survived by one daughter, Milagro Wilson and three sons, Francisco, Napoleon and Ronald Nery. Survivors also include 16 grandchildren: Claudia, Lisseth, Nancy, Josue, Patricia, Blanca, Sandra, Ronald, Wilson, Jonathan, Antonio, Alejandra, Ofelia, Gerson, Alejandro and Marcos.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon, August 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home with Rev. Pedro Mendoza, pastor of the Iglesia El Calvario Church officiating.

Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
