Martina Louise Hernandez, 40, of Guymon, passed away Sunday morning, September 6, 2026 at the Baptist Saint Anthony’s Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

The daughter of Mark Burish and Stephanie Louise Hernandez, she was born April 7, 1986 in Denver, Colorado.

Martina attended school in Brewster, Kansas, graduating with the Class of 2005. She moved to Guymon from Denver in 2024, and attended the Connection Church in Guymon.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include one son, Anthony McNeil of Denver, her partner of thirteen years, Ishmel Thomas of Guymon, five siblings: Tyson Hernandez of Goodland, Kansas, Kyle Hernandez of Colby, Kanas, Brenna Perkins and husband, Bradley of Texhoma, Oklahoma, Sam Hernandez of Dodge City, Kansas and Breanna Campbell of Nebraska. Survivors also include eight nieces and nephews.
