LaJuana Gibson, longtime Guymon resident passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2023.

LaJuana was known by many when she worked at Pat Matthews State Farm Insurance, Gigot Agri Products, and most recently at Hitch Enterprises where she retired after 25 years.

LaJuana was preceded in death by her father, Robert Matchett.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Gibson; her mother, Lois Matchett of Amarillo, Texas; her brother, Rick Matchett and wife, Denise of Odessa, Texas.  She is also survived by a niece, McKay McEowen and husband, Jonathan of Dripping Springs, Texas and a nephew, Brandt Matchett and wife, Jenny of Stafford, Texas; two grand-nephews, Weston and Whit McEowen; along with a host of many special friends.

There will be a visitation at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home on Friday evening, July 7th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  A service celebrating her life will be held Saturday morning, July 8th at 10:00 a.m. at the Victory Memorial Methodist Church with Rev. David Player officiating.
