Kevin Raymond Henkelman "Stinky", 56 died Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his home in Amarillo, Texas.

The son of Leo and Bettie (Carroll Henkelman, he was born January 1, 1967 in Sioux City, Iowa.  Kevin graduated high school and went to Vocational School to study architecture design, he worked at Adams Hardfacing  and Seaboard until moving to Amarillo where he worked at Crouse-Hinds.  His hobbies included spending time with his four grandson, going out to eat and watching an occasional movie.

Kevin was united in marriage to Sylvia Sedillo on November 13, 2011 in Guymon, Oklahoma.  They lived in Guymon until 2011 when they moved to Amarillo.  He celebrated his catholic faith wherever he was.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Gregory and George, father and mother-in law, Herman and Rachel Sedillo, sister in laws, Diana Guthrie and Lisa Sedillo, and two infant sons.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Henkelman, son, Dusty Wells and wife, Bethany, and four grandsons: Gabriel, Bentley, Asher, and Sebastian all of Amarillo, Texas.  Survivors also include siblings: Leo and Debi Henkelman of Cleveland, IL, Mike and Laurie Henkelman of Prophetstown, IL, Della Henkelman and life partner, Kelly Witchy of Laverne, OK, Sue Henkelman of Erie, Il, Rose and Kurt Huelskamp of Garden City, KS, Wendy and Rich Stubbs of Erie, IL, In-Laws, Wilbur and Roberta Gustin of Guymon, OK, and Jerry Dean Guthrie of Guymon, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 3rd at 5:00 p.m. with Rosary services at 7:00 p.m. at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be Friday afternoon, August 4th at 3:00 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Joseph Schwarz celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Hom of Guymon.
