Karen Bunch passed away August 19, 2024. Karen was born September 1, 1946 in Newburg, Missouri. She was the daughter of Arle and Wanda Bunch and the oldest of four children. Karen was born at her grandparent's house in the same room as her Daddy. She also shared a birthday with her Mom.

Karen was an avid reader and lifetime learner. She graduated from Seward County Community College in 1989 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She implemented her Nursing degree in a wide range of environments including: clinics, hospitals, home health and as a school nurse. Her patients loved her caring, bedside manner. As a bonus, she was known to give pain free shots. She continued her love for learning and earned her Bachelors degree in General Studies from West Texas A&M University in 2000.

Karen had a sweet heart. Everyone who met her, loved her and felt welcomed in her presence. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Arle and Wanda and brother Chris. Survivors will miss her deeply and include: her brothers Keith and Jerry, sister-in-law Jennifer, sons Darren and Dustin, daughters-in-law Alina and Laura, daughter Nikki, son-in-law Jody, grandchildren Cody, Austin, Christian, and Kathryn.

A family service was held to honor Karen in Guymon, OK on September 2nd, 2024.
