Jose Luis Velazquez Caudillo, 73, of San Clemente, California passed away Wednesday morning, December 9, 2020 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.

The son of Rafael Velazquez and Rosa Caudillo, he was born May 19, 1947 in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Jose was united in marriage to Rosa Maria Hidalgo on May 31, 2002 in Santa Anna, California.  Mr. Velazquez worked in the automotive tire repair industry and was a member of the Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Maria Velazquez and two daughters, Nicole and Katherine Velazquez all of the home in San Clemente, California; two brothers, Juan Velazquez and Pedro Velazquez, and one sister, Margarita Velazquez all of Mexico.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, December 15 ^th at 3:00 p.m. at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon with Father Raul Sanchez officiating.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.

There will be a visitation on Monday evening, December 14 ^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
