Jim "Quiz" Quesenbury, 74, of San Angelo, Texas passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 in San Angelo.
The son of Robert Harrison and Lucy Dora (Jackson) Quesenbury, Jimmy Bob Quesenbury was born June 22, 1947 in Hardesty, Oklahoma. He attended the Guymon school system, graduating from Guymon High School. He then attended Panhandle State University in Goodwell.
Jim had worked as a consultant in the oilfield industry for over 50 years. He designed and patented a tool used in the North Sea, Alaska and all over the world and was very proud to have visited Bogota, Venezuela.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Quesenbury; one son, Robert Boyd; and two siblings, Ken Quesenbury and Patty TeBeest.
Survivors include his wife, Gina Quesenbury of San Angelo, Texas; his mother, Dora Lucy Abernathy of Guymon; one son, Jimmy Quesenbury and wife, Michele of Guymon; two sisters, Pam Quesenbury of Duncan, Oklahoma and Paula Quesenbury Stiffler of Guymon; and his grandchildren: Nicolas Quesenbury, Freddy Carreon, Zack Quesenbury, Ethan Quesenbury and Harley Navarrete; along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday morning, November 3rd at 10:30 a.m. at the Connection Church, 1901 N. Lelia in Guymon with Pastor Dr. Dallas McGlasson officiating.
