Jeffrey Hayden Stephens, 46, of Texhoma passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.

The son of Edward Hayden and Janet Elaine (Guy) Stephens, Jeff was born April 3, 1975 in Amarillo, Texas.  He attended school in Dumas, Texas, graduating in 1993.  He had been a resident of Texhoma for the past eight years.  Jeff had worked as a sales associate for Walmart, Dollar General and Family Dollar.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his two children:  Hayden and Shilah Stephens; "stepbrother" and friends, Eddie and LaTonya Gore and children Amber and Chance of Texhoma; along with friends, Bill and Renee Gills of Guymon.

A memorial service will be held Friday morning, January 14 ^th at 11:00 a.m. at the Texhoma First Christian Church with Pastor Matt Maples officiating.  Inurnment will be at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon.
