Ina May Hambleton, 92, longtime Guymon resident, passed away Saturday morning, February 4th, 2017 at the Medical Lodge Nursing Home in Neosho, Missouri.

The daughter of Earl Ray and Grace Floy (Love) Colvin, she was born October 6, 1924 in Balko, Oklahoma. She graduated from high school in Beaver, Oklahoma and received training as a licensed practical nurse.

Ina May and Robert Allen "Bob" Hambleton Sr. were united in marriage on July 12, 1953 in Clayton, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on August 27, 1990.

Mrs. Hambleton was a homemaker and Memorial Hospital LPN for several years. She was an active member of the Sunset Lane Baptist Church, Guymon Rebekah Lodge member, Memorial Hospital Pink Lady and Coffee Memorial Blood Center volunteer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Allen "Bob" Hambleton Sr., brother, Charles Colvin, sisters, Ava Piercson and Erwina Zackary, daughter-in-law, Kim Hambleton and grandchildren: Mark Thomas Blair, Anna Drake and Whitney Drake.

Survivors include one daughter, Karen Blair and husband, Tommy of Neosho, Missouri, four sons, Steve Ratlief and wife, Judy of San Antonio, Texas, Robert Allen "Bob" Hambleton Jr and wife, Jeanie of Checotah, Oklahoma, Lawrence Hambleton of Guymon and Richard L. Hambleton and wife, Jerylyn of Guymon. Survivors also include one brother, William Colvin of Stillwater, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon, February 9th at 2:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Chapel with Rev. Tommy Blair officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.

The Hambleton family will greet friends Wednesday evening, February 8th between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
