Ibel Miguel Diaz, 63, of Guymon passed away early Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

The son of Ibel Miguel Diaz and Blasa Esther Zorrilla, he was born May 17, 1958 in La Habana, Cuba.  He owned and operated a residential and commercial carpet cleaning business and had recently moved to Guymon from Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Ana Del Carmen Leyva Cruz of the home; his father Ibel Miguel Diaz of Cuba; daughter, Yoalis Diaz of Florida; two sons: Joel Alejander Diaz of Cuba and Enqel Jorge Gonzalez of Texas; and two brothers: Mariano Diaz and Isnay Diaz both of Cuba.

Cremation arrangements were handled by the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.  Memorial services will be held in Cuba at a later date.
