Hipolita Quinonez de Flores, 75, of Guymon passed away Wednesday morning, October 14, 2020 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas.

The daughter of Ramon Quinonez and Francisca Villa, she was born May 5, 1945 in Chihuahua, Mexico.  Hipolita and Domingo Flores-Escanuela were united in marriage in Chihuahua, Mexico.  She worked as a homemaker and in the school cafeteria.  They moved to Guymon in 1994 and she was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Domingo on Monday, October 12 ^th .

Survivors include her nine children: Nomberto Flores of Texas, Ana Patricia Flores of Guymon, Belen Flores of Mexico, Norma Flores of Guymon, Pedro Flores of Guymon, Miyte Salcedo of Guymon, Ayde Flores of Guymon, Lupe Fierro of Mexico and Claudia Carbajal of Guymon; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

There will be a visitation for friends at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home on Thursday, October 15 ^th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.  A funeral Mass will be conducted Friday morning, October 16 ^th at 10:00 a.m. also at St. Peter's Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
