Norman Gay Brandvik, 72, of Gruver, Texas passed away December 21, 2016.

Services will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Gruver, Texas with the Rev. Scott Curry officiating. Burial will be in Gruver Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bunch - Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon, Oklahoma.

Gay was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma on April 14, 1944. He was the fourth child of Gilbert Jhalmar and Harriet Nadene Frantz Brandvik.

Gay was united in marriage to Margaret Ann Wilder on July 3, 1964, in Amarillo, Texas.

They made their home in Perryton, TX, Dumas, TX, Goodwell, OK and Gruver, TX.

To this union was born two daughters and one son: Kimberly Ann, Darrin Gay, and Kristy Dawn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Brandvik; his parents, Gilbert and Nadene Brandvik; Sisters-in-law, Jeri Brandvik and Myrte Wilder, and brothers-in-law Bill Parker and Richard Wilder.

Survivors include his children, Kimberly Ray of Guymon, Oklahoma, Darrin Brandvik and wife Laura of Woodward, Oklahoma, and Kristy Conradi and husband Scott of Guymon, Oklahoma. Three brothers, Ray Brandvik and spouse Christine of Gruver, Texas, Jay Brandvik of Ozark, Arkansas, and Guy Brandvik and spouse Sue of Borger, Texas. Brother-in-laws: David Wilder of Plainview, Texas, Larry Wilder and spouse Ann of Amarillo, Texas. Sister-in-law Darlene Parker of Fayetteville, North Carolina; his grandchildren: Christian Conradi, OSSN Jacob Ray, Bridget Ray, Noah Conradi and Zoe Conradi, all of Guymon, Oklahoma and Trace Conradi of Wichita, Kansas along with numerous nieces and nephews.
