Fernando Carrasco, 43, lifelong Guymon resident passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at the Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

The son of Ramon and Ines (Galaviz) Carrasco, he was born May 30, 1982 in Guymon, Oklahoma.  He attended the Guymon school system, graduating from GHS.  He then attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Fernando had worked at CRI Feeders and was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his two sisters:  Leticia and Aurelio Gutierrez of Perryton, Texas and Veronica Carrasco of Springs, Texas.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rosary will be recited Thursday evening, October 30th at 7:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be Friday afternoon, October 31st at 2:00 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Guymon.  Burial will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery.
