Everett Allen Ruttan, 59, of Guymon, passed away Thursday evening, August 4, 2022 at the Billings Fairchild Center in Billings, Oklahoma.

The son of Howard and Pat (Walton) Ruttan, he was born November 24, 1962 in Kansas City, Kansas.

The family moved to Guymon from Kansas City in 1982. Everett was a special child, he was a client of Panhandle Area Sheltered Workshop. He has been a resident of Billings for the past ten years. Everett loved music, he was a big fan of Elvis and the Beatles.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Pat, and grandparents, Everett and Gladys Walton.

He is survived by his step-father, Walter Neigebauer of Guymon, and three siblings: brother, Ricky Ruttan of Euless, Texas, sister, Kelly Collins and husband, Troy of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Scott Neigebauer and wife Rae of Guymon, niece Holly Williams and nephew, Hunter Collins, both of Grand Prairie, Texas.
