Elizabeth Barraza, 58, of Guymon passed away Thursday morning, January 23, 2025 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

The daughter of Rodolfo Moreno and Maria Carmen Ortiz, she was born January 17, 1967 in Torreon, Mexico.

Elizabeth and Emigdio Barraza were united in marriage on February 24, 1991 in Torreon, Mexio.  The family moved to Guymon in 2001 from Mexico.  She was a homemaker and member of the Roca de Salvacion Church.

She is survived by her husband, Emigdio Barraza; son, Emmanuel Barraza; two daughters: Ely Barraza Cheng and Escarlet Barraza; two son-in-laws: Ben Cheng and Juan Ramirez; grandson, Enzo Ramirez; sister, Eloisa Moreno; sister-in-law, Amelia Barraza; nephew, Alex Moreno; and cousins, Magaly Yescas and Mayela Arguijo.

There will be a visitation Saturday, January 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 28th at 11:00 a.m. at the Roca de Salvacion Church with Rev. Eleacer Galindo officiating.  Interment will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon.
