Doyle James Grove, 50, lifelong Guymon resident, passed away Sunday, March 26th, 2017 at his rural home.

The son of Leonard Carl and Aurelia "Tex" (Roa) Grove, he was born August 9, 1966 in Guymon.

Doyle attended Guymon schools, graduating with the Class of 1984. He attended college at West Texas in Canyon, Texas and OPSU in Goodwell. Doyle worked at several different jobs, and was a licensed plumber. He was a member of the St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Doyle was married to Estella Gonzales in October of 1988, and to this union two children were born.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard C. Grove and his grandparents.

Survivors include his mother, Aurelia "Tex" Grove of Guymon, one daughter, KyLeigh Grove and one son, Isaac Grove and wife, Indra all of Guymon. Survivors also include one brother, Dennis L. Grove of Guymon, and three grandchildren, Aubrey Galvan, Paisley Grove and Jasper Grove.

Rosary services will be Thursday evening, March 30th at 7:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday afternoon, March 31st at 2:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father Mike Wheelahan, celebrant. Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.

Memorials in memory of Doyle may be given to the Guymon Babe Ruth Baseball Association. Memorials will be accepted at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Oklahoma 73942.
