Donald Ray Gift, 88, lifetime Beaver County resident, passed away Tuesday morning, July 25th, 2023 at the Beaver County Nursing Home.

The son of Harold Charles and Kathleen Ramona (Schollenbarger) Gift, he was born March 16, 1935 in Forgan, Oklahoma.

Don and Norma Nadine Allen were united in marriage on October 13, 1956 in Clayton, New Mexico, she preceded him in death on July 30, 2011.

Don attended school in Beaver.  He owned and operated service stations in Beaver, Bryan's Corner and Perryton for several years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Gift; his parents Harold and Kathleen Gift; daughter, Patricia Nadine Daves; one brother, Neal Gift and one sister, Rosalie and husband, Jim Strader.

Survivors include five children: Harold Dean Gift and wife, Janet of Port Lavaca, Texas, Jo Ann Gift of Dumas, Texas, Donna Gift of Guymon, Rhonda Parker of Hooker, Oklahoma and Susan Kay Harrison and husband, Russell of Pleasant Plains, Illinois.  Survivors also include ten grandchildren: LaToria, Neal and Tyrel Gift, Jeremy and wife Misty Parker, Zach Parker and wife Monica, Seth and wife Lori Parker, Breanna Daves, Morgan Powers and husband, Jack, Ross Daves and Cooper Harrison, and ten great grandchildren: Haylee, Jaxson, Jordyn, Trevor, Myra, Taelor, Gavynn, Peyton, Westin and Bentley.

Family graveside services will be Thursday afternoon, July 27th at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethany Cemetery in Beaver County.  Memorial services will be conducted Thursday afternoon, September 28th at 2:00 p.m. at the Pavilion Building at the Beaver County Fairgrounds in Beaver.
