Donald Larry Ashcraft passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in Guymon, OK at the age of 67.

Don is survived by his wife of 28 years Sheryl Ashcraft of Guymon, OK, his children Chandy and Chris Ray, Jeana and Tery Donn Ashcraft all of Oklahoma City, his grandchildren Callie, Cael, Isaiah, Trinity, Ema, Taylin, Addilyn, Gage, Carter, Cole, Avery and his great grandchildren Zion and Zania. His brothers Terry Ashcraft, Stuart DeHart, Keith, David, Tim Ashcraft, numerous in laws, nieces, nephews, friends and his sweet fur babies, Bug, Lucky, Ash, Dash, and Cash. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Orville and Charlotte Manke, his parents Karen Cavender and Larry Don Ashcraft, his grandson, Ryan Anthony Ray, brother Randy Ashcraft, and his mother and father-in-law Joe and Marie Christian.

Don was born on January 10, 1957 in Salina, KS. He was raised in Medicine Lodge, Ks by his Aunt Barbara Sleeper and his grandmother Charlotte Manke. He graduated from high school in Medicine Lodge, KS in 1975 and moved to Guymon, OK after graduation. Don raised his 3 children in Guymon and worked in various positions as a maintenance supervisor and then as a foreman for Texas County District 2. He married Sheryl Christian in Las Vegas on May 29, 1996. They have celebrated 33 wonderful years together.

Don enjoyed many years riding his motorcycle, playing pool, camping at the lake and fishing. He loved his children and grandchildren fiercely and was so proud of every one of them.

A celebration of Don's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home. The family is asking that anyone who like to stand up and share a story or memory of Don so please come prepared.
