David Chaparro, 21, of Guymon, passed away Monday evening , November 30, 2020 in Howard City, Michigan, from injuries sustained in a two vehicle accident.

The son of Miguel Angel and Crus (Escarcega) Chaparro, Josue David was born September 25, 1999 in St. George, Utah.  The family moved to Guymon in 2009 from Mesquite, Nevada.  David attended the Guymon school system and graduated from Enid High School with the Class of 2018.  David was employed with Fagen, Inc., a wind farm company.

He is survived by his parents, Miguel and Crus Chaparro of Guymon; three brothers: Miguel Chaparro and wife, Sandra of Guymon, Christian Chaparro and wife, Julieta of Texhoma, and Daniel Chaparro of Guymon; and two nieces, Carolina and Olivia.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon , December 7 ^th at 1:00 p.m. at the Guymon First Hispanic Baptist Church, 601 N. Academy with Pastor Lupe Amaya officiating.  Interment will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
