Craig Michael Martinez, 40, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 in Azle, Texas.
The son of Charles and Kelly Martinez, he was born March 3, 1976 in Guymon, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his parents: Kelly and husband, Mark Sansom and Charles Martinez; three brothers: Chad Martinez, Chuck Martinez and Mark Sansom, II and wife Anya; one sister, Misty Baldwin; grandmothers: Mary Martinez and Ella Sansom; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents: Buell and Hazel Flanagan, Fred Sansom and Orlando Martinez.
Memorial services will be conducted Saturday morning, October 8th at 10:00 a.m. at the Bunch - Roberts Chapel.
Memorials in memory of Craig can be made for the family's use. Memorials will be accepted at the Bunch - Roberts Funeral Home, PO Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
